Yahoo!
As a "Yahoo! Search Expert" I called into local market radio shows to talk about the latest buzz on movies and pop culture each week. I also did about 10 interviews related to Hurricane Katrina searches. My first interview was with WCBS radio in New York:

I was chosen in December 2005 as editorial lead for a microsite covering Howard Stern's transition to Sirius satellite radio. I was responsible for all content including celebrity profiles, music playlists, polls, newsletters and an on-site fan blog authored as "Fan Girl."Howard Nation main page

WildWeb
At this late-90s start-up, I wrote two columns, She Said, She Said, with Jess Barron, and Tube Tops, our site's daily TV picks. I also was assigned a number of Web companion pieces to our WildWeb TV show (syndicated by CBS Eyemark) and a good volume of pop culture- and entertainment-related stories. A sampling:
She Said, She Said
She Said, She Said: Austin Powers, hip or has-been?
She Said, She Said: 'Friends' or 'Dawson' -- who would you rather hang with?

Microsoft
At Microsoft, I wrote a few good pieces for the online newsletter and the ill-fated WebTV Magazine. My favorite is my interview with Ted Casablanca, the deliciously nasty E! Online scribe. Yummy. These are from scans:
Here's Looking at You, Ted: I sit in awe of he of wicked pen and publicist
Ten must-see fan sites: Mini-reviews for WebTV users

Access Magazine
I freelanced here for about a year. It's a now-defunct Sunday newspaper insert (think "Parade") with a circulation of more than 14,000,000. Access focused on bringing the Web to the masses, in simplest terms. I wrote about one article a month, give or take.
to come:
Inbox Intrigue: E-mail acts as entertainment with serial shows that will have you hooked
Choose Your News: Sites that help you follow the stories you want, at your convenience
Pushing the Envelope: Wired viewers to get enhanced Emmy experience

The Boston Insider
I freelanced for this website from 6/96 to 8/97. Got to do fun stuff, made a few bucks. Nothing too crazy.
