Sell! Sell! Sell?

I recently got an email asking if I'd sell my domain name. While I've had fantasies about such things (they usually involve Bill Gates and retirement) -- this specific request posed a bit of a quandry. Here's what it said:
Hi,

I have a band in Portland, Oregon called Run On Sentence.
We justfinished our first album. I'll be doing a lot o
f National touring in the next year which will add to
our already growing fanbase, which means more folks
looking for us on the web. I'm wondering if you'd consider
selling your domain name? we are poor musician folk at the
moment so i can't pay a lot for it but if you'd consider it
I'll be happy to entertain any reasonable price you might
ask for your troubles

You can listen at www.myspace.com/runonsentencemusic
if you like.

I appreciate your consideration.

have a glorious day!
I just wrote back and said no. I've had this URL for more than six years and, well, as my brother said when I told him about the pitch -- it's part of my identity. But I feel kinda bad.

Also it's cool that there's a band with my website name.

What would you do?

I often expect a sleazy porn site to offer to buy slicksurfaces.com for millions. I think, for millions, I'd give it up. But it'd be tough.
