When did I become such a baby?
This year's Bridge School Benefit saw 10 hours of beers, blankets and brie (and music of course, but that doesn't start with a "b") yet I only have three blasted photos to prove it. Apparently my Bruce bust has broken my bravado, as the imminent threat of banishment caused me to bury my camera deep in my bag.
But enough with the "b"s.
The concert itself was a, um, really good time, and Sarah and I agreed that Jack Johnson is really damn cute. I enjoyed Tenacious D very much as well. Needless to say, music-wise, it couldn't really compare to last year's lineup of REM, Pearl Jam and Dave Matthews... In light of such circumstances, would it be wrong if I said my favorite moment was early on, when we spotted a boy three rows up reading the exact same issue of US magazine? (See black sweatshirt, 12 o'clock.) I mean, what kind of person even brings US magazine to a concert??
Finally, I've officially determined that Eugene is my favorite photography subject of all-time.
That was Saturday. Today, Bryan and I attended the 49ers game with my boss and his brother. (Bryan, boss, brother, oh my!) We got the tickets for free from a colleague, which was quite lovely. Especially since the seats were pretty friggin awesome and we saw all of the action up close and personal. Also fortuitous was the fact that my favorite outfit of late just happens to be red and gold. Go 'Niners!
