Vietnam is a photographer's dream. (Not that I consider myself an actual "photographer" per se, but I do love to take pictures, so, you know.) One minute you might see ten different kinds of cattle walking down the highway, the next a completely adorable child appearing out of nowhere to guide you to a waterfall down a red clay canyon, and later on five men carrying a white grand piano up a giant sand dune. It can be completely surreal and truly breathtaking.
"Just another day in Vietnam," my brother said, as we walked through the desert.
