37. Hokey tourist attractions. I freakin' adore them. Today it hurt me to skip both Dinosaur Park and the Petrified Forest, but happily we were fortunate enough to find the time for the infamous Arizona Meteor Crater. I mean, look at that font! There was something to do with NASA, and fossils, and whatnot, but truthfully I was only there for the photos. And Bob the resident cat, of course. (BTW look what Savannah did tonight. Sorry, Best Western!)
My favorite hokey tourist attraction still has to be the Mystery Spot in Santa Cruz. But we still have about 1,800 miles to go. Stay tuned! ..........

What could be cheesier, really? Oh and wouldn't Savannah love to sharpen her fabulous claws on it?!

This is heartbreaking, since we're not hitting Kansas. I guess we'll just need to do another cross-country trip soon. Yes, "Square," we're going through Oklahoma -- today in fact. Any suggestions??
Why is it that I am just becoming aware of Bryan's new beard? These men of ours, Allyson. Always with the rebellion.
Yay, road trip!
